BlackCobraVPN shall not be liable for failure to perform it's services or obligations, including but not limited to processing refunds, where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events"), including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, governmental actions, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, or third-party service provider outages.

BlackCobra VPN's maximum liability for service interruptions due to Force Majeure Events, that is beyond it's reasonable control, shall not exceed the prorated value of the affected subscription period, inclusive of the indirect or consequential damages.
